myMetra uses volume-based pricing. Every plan includes all features—you only pay for how many emails you process.
Our pricing philosophy
We believe in straightforward pricing without feature gates. Whether you're on the Free tier or Pro, you get the same capabilities—smart parsing, AI transformations, webhooks, filtering, and full API access. The only variables are email volume and endpoint count.

Price per email
Here's the effective cost per email for each plan. Higher volume plans offer better per-email rates.
The Usage plan is ideal when your volume is unpredictable. Fixed plans offer better rates if you consistently use your allocation.
Choosing a plan
Your plan choice depends on your expected email volume and how many separate endpoints you need.
Estimate your volume
How many emails will you process monthly? If you're unsure, start with a lower tier—you can upgrade anytime, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Count your endpoints
Each unique email address you create is an endpoint. Consider how many different email workflows you need. Most users need fewer endpoints than they initially expect.
Consider usage patterns
If your volume is unpredictable or spiky, the Usage plan may be more cost-effective than a fixed tier. You only pay for what you use, with no monthly commitment.

Billing details
Billing cycle
Plans are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews on the same day each month. Annual billing is available with a 20% discount—contact support to set this up.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current limits until then.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing with NET-30 terms.
Usage tracking
Your dashboard shows real-time usage. You'll receive email notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your monthly limit.
Questions
What counts as an email?
Each inbound email that myMetra receives and processes counts as one email, regardless of size or number of attachments.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll receive notifications as you approach your limit. When you reach 100%, email processing pauses until you upgrade to a higher tier or your billing cycle resets.
Do unused emails roll over?
No, email allocations reset each billing cycle. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you haven't used the service significantly. Contact support for refund requests.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier serves as a permanent trial—you can use it indefinitely with 100 emails/month. This lets you fully evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
