Terms of Service

The short version

myMetra turns emails into webhooks. Use it responsibly, pay for what you use, and don't do anything illegal. We're based in Denmark and follow EU law.

What myMetra does

myMetra provides email-to-webhook transformation. You get unique email addresses, we parse incoming messages, and deliver structured JSON to your endpoints. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable use

You must

  • Be 18+ or have parental consent
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Have the right to process emails you receive through us

You must not

  • Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
  • Violate laws or infringe intellectual property
  • Attempt to access systems without authorization
  • Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly through Polar.sh. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase per EU consumer protection law. Usage exceeding plan limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

Liability

  • Service availability: We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Maximum liability: Limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.
  • Indirect damages: We're not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

These limitations don't affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

Termination

You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate your account for Terms violations, non-payment, fraud, or security risks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to Copenhagen courts. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use means acceptance.
